YKK Kid's Football Clinic is YKK ASAO Group's regional CSR project that the company has been promoting in the Asean and South Asia region since 2007.  They started it in Singapore, and then brought it to Indonesia, Bangladesh, Vietnam, India, Thailand and Sri Lanka.  This year they have brought it to the Philppines, where football is enjoying a new high.  they believe that football  is a common language that everyone can enjoy regardless of culture, nationality or religion.  It is also anchored in the company's philosophy called "The Cycle of Goodness," where they believe that one prospers when one renders benefit to others," Alson Ng, Regional Marketing Manager of YHA said.

YKK Kid's Football Clinic enables YKK to contribute and work with the local community.  "We chose to be involved in sports because it is more than just a game; it is a positive lifestyle and a way to help young people grow up healthy, fit and full of self esteem.  i believe that this event is a great opportunity for the children in the region to both experience enjoyment through sports as well as develop their love for sport. We want to support Filipino kids' growth through this football event that has been successful over the years," Ken Nakano, President and CEO of YHA said.

YHA plans to make YKK KId's Football Clinic an annual event as it values the importance of constantly contributing to society.

We were very excited to fly out here to share our love and passion for football.  We thank YKK, through their CSR Project, for enabling us to share what we know through these unique football clinics," says Pablo Gomez Revenga, Head Coach of Real Madrid Foundation and Team Camps Technical Director.

"We welcome YKK Kid's Football Clinic to the Philippines.  It is definitely a boost for Philippines football and a rare opportunity for kids to learn the game from no less than the coaches of a world-renowned team like Real Madrid," said Mariano Araneta, President of PFF.

YKK "Just For Kicks" Kid's Football Clinic will visit Cambodia later this year as the second part of its 2012 campaign.
