Karate Kid Opens In Quiapo

Present at the opening were Karate Kid Business Unit Manager Wilber Z. Escleto, CafeFrance Corp. President Malou Molina, Karate Kid EVP Raymond Yap, Manila Complaint and Action Team Chief Franklin Gacutan, former COMELEC Commissioner Rene Sarmiento, and former PNP Director General Nicanor Bartolome.  


Karate Kid, home to the metro’s favorite Japanese-American specialties, gives more Filipinos a chance to experience its delectable offerings as it opens its newest store in Quiapo, the first one for 2013.

“The market for Japanese fusion cuisine has shown steady growth through the years and we feel that Karate Kid has greatly contributed to that,” says Karate Kid EVP Raymond Yap. “After the success of Karate Kid’s five store openings last year, we continue to strengthen our commitment to provide Filipinos with the brand’s signature Japanese-American delights as we expand in key areas in the metro.”
