Bromance: My Brother's Romance This May 15

If you're watching the latest hit teleserye in ABS CBN you'll definitely know that this movie is somewhat a male version of it but don't worry it's not the same as it is because this one is a perfect movie to laugh your hearts out. Get into the laugh mood as "Bromance: My Brother's Romance hit the big screen this coming May 15, 2013. Main cast of this movie are Cristine Reyes, Zanjoe Marudo and Zanjoe Marudo. Yup you read it right because Zanjoe Marudo has two characters in this movie with the direction of Wenn V. Deramas your day will going to be filled with air as laugh watching.
It may be early to laugh but during the press conference held at Dulcelatte, press and bloggers were already laughing their hearts out while watching trailer of the movie. Most of the cast were present that day and they were all alert, alive and enthusiastic to answer as they know this movie will not clown around to make everyone laugh.
For Zanjoe Marudo, who is one of the most hardworking actors in showbiz, having this project was a great challenge and a blessing for him. Acting on two different characters with two different personality and the most challenging part is that he's certified "Bro". According to him he can easily learn the ways of the gays because he observes gays in their area and that's he knows most of their languages and actions. Zanjoe will play the character of Brando and Brandy.
The Babe ng Bayan, Cristine Reyes will play Erika in this film. Sexy and seductive and for the first time on the big screen, Cristine will star opposite hunky Kapamilya actor Zanjoe Marudo. Although she has done comedy before, Cristine says that Bromance: My Brother's Romance, is different compared to her previous ones. She really enjoyed working with Zanjoe.
Bromance marks a first for many of the people involved in it. For Direk Wenn, it is his first project under Skylight Films, although signing on to helm it meant returning to familiar territory for him, because he has more than proven himself to be a master at directing comedies and delivering lots of laughs. However, he admits that Bromance proved to be a little bit of a challenge for him, because in this movie he had to make sure hi male lead - Zanjoe, that is - could handle playing two very different characters at the same time.
Just a teaser for this story, it is about the twins who have misunderstanding because Brando can't accept the fact that Brandy is gay, so he leaves home and goes into business for himself, putting up an auto repair shop while brandy pursues his own dreams and becomes a successful interior designer.
When the twins' mother begs them to reconcile their differences, Brandy leaves home to go off in search of his twin. However, in the process of searching, he meets an unfortunate accident that renders him unconscious and leaves him in a coma.
Brando eventually learns of what happened to his twin, and fins out that just before the accident, Brandy was in final stages of negotiating a multi-mllion peso business deal with a client. In order to save the deal Brando decides to do something drastic and switch identities with his gay twin.

Among the cast aside from Zanjoe and Cristine are Arlene Muhlach, Joy Viado, Manuel Chua, Boom Labrusca, Joey Paras, Nikki Valdez, Maricar De Mesa, Abbie Bautista, Carlo Romero and Jeff Luna.
