Red China by Super Bowl Experienced
8/29/2013 08:03:00 PMFoodies, here is another restaurant that you'll definitely try to visit and taste their Chinese cuisines from different countries in Asia. I have been passing through this area of the restaurant a lot often and I know that the place was one of the Chinese restaurant, the Super Bowl but this time it was new and the name of the restaurant is RED CHINA. Just like Super Bowl this restaurants serves the same dishes. So my visit to this place is to know whether it's enticing or not.
It's a good luck, I think, because this is the first store of Red China which was opened last August 12, 2013. They are serving small portion of their menu "we intended to serve it in a small portion to let their client try the different dishes that they offer" and that's according to Ms. Rachell, the Operation Manager of Red China.
So, in other words we are in for plenty of dishes. Well, here are some of the foods that they offered to try and taste. First was the soup, I am not into soup but this time I like their Scallop Chicken Soup, it has a different taste that you'll sure finish it, this consists of scallop, red grapes, and nuts.
Another soup that they let us have was the Apple Chicken Soup, I am so interested on this, imagine apple in a soup. Ms Rachelle explained that they let it boil for almost an hour to let the taste of the soup fruitful enough. It tastes a little bit of a citrus due to the apple flavor, so readers if you're taste buds ventures for another kind of soup, you definitely need taste it.
The soups were great. So now up for the drinks, I first tasted their Sweet Red Bean which I definitely liked the sweetness but the Avocado Shake is not as sweet as I wanted it.
Now for some tasty Shrimp munching which was served in different flavors. Let's start with the Spicy Shrimp which really have a bit of a kick and you can really taste the spiciness.
Shrimp rolled over with Bacon.
Next was one of my favorite, hahaha, the Roast Pork Belly which is their specialty. Premium pork belly flavor infused with Red China's original Asian spice mix & slow roasted using ancient Chinese Roasting techniques. Served with yellow mustard on the side.
Here is another pork belly but this time it is fried, they serve it with spicy vinegar with a twist of sweet.
Of they also have Chicken, one of the well love meat of kids. Chicken Chops with sweet and spicy sauce.
Of course, the Chicken Wings, this will definitely love by my kids, there is something different on the taste and you can have it without any sauce, it's really flavorful.
And the last, the Rice, of course Filipino loves rice and this is their version of fried rice.
But wait, there's more, a meal wouldn't be complete without the dessert, I tasted their version of Egg Tart.
This is something new in the metro, I ended up with a smile and a belly filled of yummies. So better try their offerings. It is located only at Trinoma. You can viisit their facebook account www.facebook.com/RedChinaBySuperBowl for some news, promos and offerings that they have.
