Moms would always tell their kids not to play with their food but this promo contest from Hansel deviates from it. The #CrackerCatchin contest is basically a new and adventurous way of enjoying a pack of Hansel Crackers. If you’ve seen videos of corporate looking guys catching crackers, that’s only a teaser of the many ways to enjoy the old time favorite crackers.

Hansel hailed the grand prize winner of the Hansel Cracker Catch contest at the event held at Market! Market! last October 11, 2014 where Kariz Anne Dumangsang outwit other entrants with her originally creatively crafted way of enjoying and sharing a Hansel cracker. Judge with one requirement and three (3) criteria, first is Use of Product which is their ticket to enter the contest, second was the Creativity with 40%, third was the Originality with 40% as well, and lastly was Difficulty with 20%. The submitted 15-sec video was titled “Rube Goldberg Machine.”

The promo did run from September 10 to September 30, 2014 and plenty of entries was submitted with different styles, different ways and different gimmicks just to showcase their creativity, originality and adventurously new flipping way of enjoying a pack of Hansel Crackers. You can try and create your own by practicing then recording it because who knows they might have another round of this contest next year.
