Nuvali Sky Fright Cinema
10/26/2014 07:49:00 AMIt's a date! "We-time" again for me and my hubby at Nuvali. I remember last February, we spent our first movie night at Nuvali Sky Cinema where they've shown movies about love since it was the love month. We enjoyed it very much!
Now, Halloween is approaching and you know what things are prevalent during this season? Scary stuff, frightening movies and other freaky things happen. Last October 25, Nuvali Sky Cinema once again invited media and bloggers to spend a night with selection of horror movies. Sky Cable and Nuvali brought three horror movies into their big screen to collect higher decibels of screams with Night Sky Cinema Presents: Fright Night at The Fields.
Apart from this main outdoor screening event, several activities such as games, food fair and roving Halloween characters are also tied in with a Carnage Carnival theme. The event was hosted by Karen "DJ Dylan" Vizcarra-Virey of rock alternative radio station NU 107.5.
It's amazing that Night Sky Cinema give chance for families, friends, barkadas and relatives to have a different bonding experience just like me and my hubby, though our kids are not with us. But for sure will let them experience it too, soon.
The night was busy, people were screaming while watching the movies, some were munching with their food just like a picnic feats and most of the mommies and daddies were busy roving inside the fields to buy food for their kids. Well, it is really a good idea to have an activity like this.
The movie that was shown was Zombieland, it was about the entire nation turned into zombies and how to survive into that situation where the main character list down and follow some rules to survive. Followed by The Sixth Sense and the Conjuring. Order of film showing follows scary to scariest as the night caps ot off with The Conjuring, in which the Motion Picture Association of America categorized it as Rated R for having sequences of disturbing violence and terror according to IMDb.com
Keeping the scary vibe and feel, there were games at intervals like the Zombie Hunters where you get to chase after zombies for a change, take photos with them around the area or at the Photo Haunt wall and even solve the Zombie Mystery. There were happy people, kids or adults who joined the games because they receive a gift packs from the sponsors.
From Nuvali's signature outdoor filming activity, this event goes in full Halloween throttle with Night Sky Cinema Presents Fright Night: Halloween Outdoor Screening which is brought to life by the joint effort of Nuvali and Sky Cable presented by Nutrilin along with La Filipina, Yellow Cab, Amaia, OLX, and Pambantang Solmux.
