Networking is well known here in the Philippines, until now many people are still engaged and wanting to be part of it. Those who venture in this kind of industry succeeded through their active participation and make a living out of it.
ANPO or Alliance for Networkers of the Philippines Organization created an advocacy film to enlighten people about what goes in and out in the Networking industry and how to choose the right people to trust to.
Present during the press conference of Upline Downline are Jhai-Ho, Alex Castro, Joseph Lim and Director George Kabrisante.
I was able to have a chance to interview Jhai-Ho and there was no dull moment at all, I like the way he throws some funny comments to make the interview lively. Jhai-Ho is a radio jock at MOR 101.9 and also a part of teleserye Pangako Sa’yo since then he has been receiving offers and one of them is this indie movie entitled Upline Downline. He is very grateful about his career now, because there are opportunities for him and that’s why he is doing his very best with his acting career. According to him, acting is really different from being a radio jock, but still he is very serious on doing his best. His role in Pangako Sa’yo is more on the comedic part while in this movie he is more on the serious part but with a touch of comedy.
With Upline Downline, he is portraying as a gay who owns a networking business and he is also in love with Alex Castro's played character. They will be business partners and eventually there will be struggles in both in his love life and even in his business that involves Alex's role. Will it be a tragic ending for Jhai Ho's role or will he cope up with it?
Featuring in the movie is Joseph Lim who is also into Networking. He was part of this movie so that he can also share his inputs based on his experience. He has been part of Networking in the late 90's and ever since then he has been making money and at the same time helping others as well to achieve what he has achieve. According to Joseph, he is proud of this project because it is very timely, it is time to educate the people how to be more productive and earn more while being secure of their future. Joseph Lim is AIM's Global Hall of Famer.
While Alex Castro who is really a versatile actor and one of a good looking in the showbiz industry. Alex will be portraying a bad guy which is according to him is very challenging that’s why he is doing his best to give justice on the role that has given to him. He will play a scammer in this movie and he will also trigger a big tragedy in this movie as well that people should watch out.
Also starring in the movie are Ritz Azul, Matt Evans, Rez Cortez, Ynez Veneracion, Snooky Serna, Juan Rodrigo and Jojo Alejar.
Mommies here's a movie that will enlighten you with regards to Networking, the ins and out and to eventually know if it is legit or not. Watch Upline Downline which will be shown on OCTOBER 28, 2015 in selected cinemas nationwide.
