Every Christmas our Family always make sure to have a "Christmas Lunch". It is our yearly activity. We start the day with a worship service and later on the family date, the Christmas Lunch.

I was glad that I was able to attend the Grand Opening of the restaurant Quezon Filipino and Spanish Buffet before Christmas so I was able to introduce the place to our family to them and viola we had our "Christmas Lunch" there.

My kids and my nephew love the pork barbeque, I don't know how many sticks of barbeque they have finished during our lunch. My in-laws (parents) indulge with the soup and the salad particularly the vegetable salad, my father-in-law suffered from stroke so there's a moderation on his intakes but according to him he really enjoyed the food and love to come back again.
While my husband loved the Angus bee and the Laing while I personally loved the Paella, the Dinakdakan and the Laing plus the dessert.

With regards to Dessert, all of us loved the ice cream ube and pandan flavour. I lost count of how many bowl of ice cream we finished, particularly my kids, they really like the taste. Keeps them go back again and again. The most favorite flavor is the pandan.
