We love Chinese food! We tried different Chinese Restaurants and if you follow and read this blog you will notice that I have featured different Chinese Restaurants here. Now, I will tell you my experience during the opening of Lido Cocina Tsina at Mindanao Ave, their newest branch.
The event started with the Blessing of the store and a Dragon and Lion Dance who dance around the store and made their usual ritual in welcoming luck and shooing away the bad ones.



Definitely after the blessing a sumptuous dinner with their delicious dishes offered by Lido Cocina Tsina.
Here are the featured foods for everyone to savor the taste and flavor, the Pugon Roasted Asado; Machurian Wings, Stir Fried Vegetables and their Pansit.





According to Ms. Annie Wong, President of Lido Cocina Tsina the restaurant's top sellers are the Manchurian Wings, Drunken Lechon Macau and their famous Pugon-Roasted Asado.

Their Pugon Roasted Asado remains one of the most popular menu item until today, it is made only from the choicest cured pork loin and roasted in the restaurant's brick oven using firewood, a method that locks the essential smoky aromatic flavors in the meat.

While the Manchurian Wings, according to Ms. Annie Wong, it took time before the taste was perfected. When she finally created the perfect taste for that wing she named it as Manchurian Wings. Manchurian is a place in China where people loves the sweet and spicy taste of food.
Ms. Annie Wong shared that they choose Mindanao Ave as their latest branch, strategically speaking, this is one of the largest Barangay in Quezon City and this location is very vibrant because there are Businesses and Residential areas around.
Since they'll be celebrating their 80th Anniversary this year, they have a lot of surprises for their customers plus they will introduce additional dish into their menu. Watch out for this. They're planning as well to expand more in the coming years. She disclosed also that before end of this year they'll be opening 2 more branches. Congrats Lido Cocina Tsina!
