This heart season, an entirely uncommon romantic comedy film will invade the cinemas. Yes, as what the PR says that this is not a romcom movie. Perhaps it was put into mind that this movie will be something new to ponder with. Aside from being helmed by a new and fresh director JP Habac, it is also a movie infused with great original pinoy music that we grow up with.

The movie is entitled "I'm Drunk, I Love You" that will plays in cinemas on February 15. This movie will give you a shot of reality of being falling hopelessly in love and will show the hilariously painful side of falling in love. The movie stars Paulo Avelino and Maja Salvador where they organically made the movie accordingly and not precisely but almost near the thought of falling in love then put into a friend zone.

The movie isthe first full feature-length directorial debut of JP Habac with a screenplay co-written with Giancarlo Abraham, the film tells the sotry of two college best friends who go on a one last road trip where they settle how they really feel for each other.
As mentioned earlier this movie is not the whimsical romance usually played out on the big screen. Instead, it reflects the experiences of real people. According to Director JP Habac "'I'm Durnk, I Love You' is a synthesis of stories from people within my social circles who have had the unfortunate chance of being a victim of a one sided love."

For Maja and Paulo, they thought instantly while reading the script that this movie will click to the viewers as they will and can relate with the characters of the movie. And also the songs and music add up to the movie makes it interesting. As per Paulo says that there's a nostalgic feel.
Some of the songs featured in the film are songs from some of the countries top OPM artists such as Juan Miguel Severo, Kai Honasan, Jimmy Bondoc, Parokya Ni Edgar, cynthia Alexander, 3D (Johnoy Danao, Ebe Dansel, Bullet Dumas), Shirebound and Busking, Out of Body Special, and Ang Bandang Shirley.

In this movie, both Maja and Paulo performed covers of songs that will be featured in the movie and the upcoming official soundtrack album. Maja sang her version of Juan Miguel Severo's "Huling Gabi" while Paulo performed Shirebound and Busking's "Lloydy". The two also recorded duets for "Maniwala Ka Sana" by Parokya Ni Edgar and "Hanggang Dito Na Lang" by Jimmy Bondoc.
"I'm Durnk, I Love You" also stars Dominic Roco and Jasmine Curtis-Smith with special participation of Irma Adlawan, and Jim Paredes. It's the first film offering of the year from TBA (Tuko Film Productions, Buchi Boy Entertainment, Artikulo Uno Productions), the producers behind the critically acclaimed epic "Heneral Luna" and MMFF 2016 Best Picture "Sunday Beauty Queen".
The movie "I'm Drunk, I Love YOu" opens in cinemas nationwide on February 15, 2017.
