Realizing More The Benefits Of Yoga with Kapuso Star LJ Reyes

Yoga is an old discipline from India. It is both spiritual and physical. Yoga uses breathing techniques, exercise and meditation. It helps improve health and happiness in other words the wellness of a human being. Yoga is the Sanskrit word for union which basically describes your union to your well being.
Last December I was able to have a chance to do a Yoga Session with one of the Kapuso Stars, Mommy LJ Reyes and of course with the other Mommy Bloggers as well. LJ Reyes or Lourna Jane Pujeda Reyes is one of those artists who rose from the 2nd Season of Starstruck. Take note her birthday is a well celebrated date in the whole world because it is also the day we all celebrate Christmas, December 25. The Yoga Session was held at Snap Fitness which just located at the area of Timog, Quezon City.
The Yoga session is very relaxing but it is also tiring. At first it was very easy to perform and follow the instructions but as you go on with the session the activity is getting harder and harder. I was feeling my body aches. There’s one part of the Yoga that gives you a relaxing time that I almost fell asleep, especially the voice of the instructor that is like a lullaby. Perhaps few of the known benefits of the session is helping you to be relaxed and lively at the same time. I guess Mommy LJ loves doing Yoga very often.
