Jossette Ocampo, better known as Sylvia Sanchez. She is married to Arturo Atayde and the mother of actors Arjo Atayde and actress Ria Atayde.

I am personally awe with the acting ability of Ms. Sylvia Sanchez. We all know that she is always acting a mother role in some of teleserye in the ABS CBN. According to her, every role that she got was very challenging, she needs to internalize and study well the role so that she can give justice and portray it well.
She relates herself and her life to her current role in the teleserye Hanggang Saan, that's of being a mother is really tough and will do whatever it is for the sake of her sons or daughters. She will fight for them. She will do everything to let them live. Truly she is a kind of mother that every sons/daughter will want to have.
I find Ms. Sylvia simple and super down to earth. There was this one instance that we have a chikahan with her in one of the fast food. She was asked if we can change location for better chikahan moment with her, but she said "Dito na lang tayo, galing ako sa hirap, hindi ako maarte'. She's so accommodating and very nice to chat with. She's good at making friends and no wonder she's adored with her acting career.

I personally asked her during our mini chikahan about their bonding moment. For me as a Mom, family bonding is a must especially when most of our kids are grown ups. According to Ms. Sylvia, most of the time their family bonding is over lunch or dinner. They just eat together at their house because they seldom go out. They just make sure that everyone are present and they do that only during Sundays. That was just the time they went out. Their family loves to eat, she shared also that sometime she cooked food like pasta and pizza for his sons and daughter because her family truly love this especially when she is the one who cooks it.
