The month of January is special for me, not just because it is the beginning of the year, but it is the beginning of my life. Yes, I am born in January and this year’s birthday celebration seems to stretch longer than any other year. It looks like it’s going to extend until February!

While doing that, desserts like chocolate bark, cathedral gelatin, and mango sago is truly enjoyable. They’re not overly sweet, it's the perfect ending to a delightful evening.
