This allows the requesting party (client) to assign a trusted adult household member to receive the PSA certificate on their behalf.
How does the Authorized Person to Receive Option Work?
During the online ordering process on PSAHelpline.ph, you'll be prompted to confirm whether you'll be available to receive the PSA certificates personally. If your schedule is uncertain, or you simply prefer not to wait for the courier, you can conveniently assign an authorized person to receive the documents on your behalf. This option is particularly helpful for busy individuals who may not be able to guarantee their availability at the time of delivery.
Once you choose the Authorized Person to Receive option and click Continue, you'll receive two emails. One with your order details and how to pay and another with a simple guide to appointing someone to pick up your certificate.
- Simply click the "Authorized Person to Receive" form button that is found in the email. This will direct the applicant to the authorized representative page.
- In the page where you assign an Authorized Person to Receive, click “Next” if the applicant agrees to assign an authorized representative who is at least 18 years old and resides in the same household.
- Applicant chooses an ID from the list to be uploaded and validated.
- Applicant scans the QR code or uploads a clear image of the ID selected. The system will verify the details on the uploaded ID. To ensure successful validation, make sure the personal information on the ID matches the information provided in the order form.
- If the uploaded ID is a National ID, the applicant will undergo a face verification process to confirm their identity as a real person.
- Fill up the form with the personal and contact details of the assigned authorized person to receive.
- Read and verify the information. If everything is correct, click the ‘Sign Letter of Authorization’ button
- The Authorized Person to Receive will be successfully assigned with the summary of details shown.
- If your order is not yet paid, you can now proceed to the payment section.
