Admission Guidelines:

The pop-up can host a maximum of 50 guests at a time. Please queue outside while waiting your turn. CCTV cameras are in operation for the safety of both guests and staff.

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings, and the pop-up management will not be liable for any loss, damage, or theft. Food, drinks, and pets are not allowed inside the pop-up.

Unauthorized commercial photography or videography is prohibited.

The pop-up management reserves the right to deny entry or ask any guest to leave for disruptive or inappropriate behavior. Photos and videos taken inside the pop-up may be shared on HYBE’s official social media platforms.

Purchasing Guidelines:

All items sold are exclusive to the Artist-Made Collection by SEVENTEEN at the pop-up.

Product purchase limits may vary, and exceeding the limit will result in canceled transactions.

Payments can be made using cash, credit cards, or other cashless options.

Products may sell out quickly due to limited quantities.

Item exchanges are allowed within seven (7) days of purchase, with proof of purchase.

Defective items may be exchanged or refunded on the same day of purchase. Please double-check your purchases at checkout. Exchanges will not be accepted for change of mind or for items that have been used, worn, or damaged by the customer.
