To guide parents in reshaping the future of their children, Nestlé NANKID is partnering with them in advancing Parentology+, an advocacy to help parents take charge of their future with simple steps that can be taken right at home. These day-to-day measures cover the different phases of life, such as diet and nutrition, exercise and activity, socialization, and creativity.

To launch Parentology+, Nestlé NANKID will be holding a series of events to bring the advocacy closer to parents across the country. The events will feature bloggers who are also parents, and who can share their experiences about different aspects of their parenting journey. Blogger Stephanie Zubiri-Crespi and Nestlé Nutritionist Ms. Aleli Magtibay will give insights on nutrition and diet. Football player Anton del Rosario will share how he got his son to embrace an active lifestyle and love sports. Entrepreneur and stylist Cat Arambulo-Antonio will speak on how she helped her children learn to socialize with their peers, and tidbits on how to stimulate their creativity and confidence.

Parentology+ recreates a typical home and its rooms. The space will consist of three stations touching on three important topics: Food, Physical Activity and Socialization-- fill your day with ways you can stay lean at the Foodie station and make sure to get that drool-worthy photo, jump into a ball pit at the Play station and play on a giant piano at the Social station, and so much more! Each station will be decked out to be Instagram-worthy for those who want to share their family bonding moments on social media so make sure to check it out!
To up the ante, a special keepsakes and lots of freebies will be given to the participants. And for added excitement, Nestlé NANKID will be giving away Instax SQ10 cameras to two lucky attendees in each run!
Parentology+ kicks off starting February 3 to 4 at the Activity Center in Trinoma Mall, which starts the Metro Manila run. To reach more parents, it will be followed by events in:

Love is in the air and most of the people think of ways how to express their love to their special someone. My husband and I thought of a simple yet memorable Valentine's day Celebration together with our parents.
Last year we celebrated Valentine's through a dine experience in one of the resto in the metro. This year, we decided to make it simple and affordable. I resigned last year, our budget is too tight that I need to squeeze it to make it enough for all our expenses.

Valentine's Day this year fell on a Sunday, which is Family day. My husband and I woke up early and bought ingredients at the market that will be needed for our lunch date in our house. Prior to that I already told my parents and my in-laws to wear red on Sunday during our Lunch.
Viola, here we are, all wearing red even my kids, and it was happy to see them (my parents and my in laws) longing to our bonding day over lunch date.
I prepared my very own version of Aglio Olio Tuna Pasta. I used Royal Pasta and Olive Oil which are left overs from our New Years Celebration and Mega Tuna Spanish flavor. My family loves it, it's not too salty for the taste buds of the oldies, its healthy according to them.
My husband did the grilled pork liempo and Milk fish, which are better food for the oldies and they loved it so much my father and father in law enjoy it.
My fruit salad, the cakes from paper moon, juice and the bread are the addition to our sumptuous lunch plus the pictorial and that's what a memorable valentine's celebration is.
After our Valentine's Lunch Date, we had a bonding session with a videoke, which most of the filipinos love it, we really love to sing. My father  requested so many songs that he just wanted to hear it while my mother sing it. “Ang dami mo namang request (you got so many requests)" my mother told my father. My mother is complaining but still she sung all my fathers requested song, they are sooo sweet.
While my In-laws just keep on singing, when I told them the title, they kept on telling that they don't know the song, but when they heard the lyrics surprisingly they know the song and they sung it, hahaha.

My kids love also their grandma and grandpa, they love to be with them and make memorable moment. Even my youngest son hold the hands of my father, his grandpa, while walking outside when they are about to leave and went home.

My husband and I saw the faces of our Parents with a big smile after our celebration. No intimate or date outside, but still this is the happiest Valentine's day celebration in our lives so far.

Weekend is what my family loves most. This is our bonding time and this is our family activity. It was an afternoon of fun and an extra ordinary picnic day without the sun with Dora’s Best Friends Picnic which happened at the SM Megamall Event Center. Little Nicksters like our little ones enjoyed the day. It was a fun-tastic learning and playing with the family and fellow Dora the Explorer fans. Yes our little ones are also Dora’s fan. I can hear my kids mumbles some Spanish terms and one of them is “Vamonos amigos!” My kids are very much familiarized with Dora and Diego, aside from seeing it on TV they were also able to watch it online which let them memorize some of the lines and songs even the theme song.

Last year we were able to attend the Baby Blast which we learned a lot from plus we did enjoy the activity.  It was really fun seeing your kids enjoy the fun and things happening inside the event place.  It was first time last year and I enjoyed it very much.  The Baby Blast 5 was another experience.
This year, as Baby Blast celebrates another year with its 5th year of great activities for the kids and for the rest of the family, their commitment of sharing information for the well being of the babies and kids is their main thrust. For this year's Baby Blast their theme is Go, Grow and Glow which discusses the three food categories that the kids need in growing up.  We just learned that Mommies should eat nutritious food as early as their pregnancy to familiarize the baby with the different foods, especially the veggies and the fruits as these are formed into juices inside the mommies womb which the babies sip and taste. So at this rate babies learns the flavor of these fruits and vegetables and when they come out it isn't hard to feed to these fruits and vegetables.

Jollibee is my kids's favorite mascot and of course the main thing in Jollibee, none other than the foods. So when they've heard about the Jollibee Family Bee Day Grand Picnic they were very excited to attend this one of a kind event. One part of the show that they definitely want to see is the performance of the whole Jollibee Gang.

We are very happy with the turn out and pleased to see everyone enjoying the company of other people whom they treat like family. Unfortunately, right before the Bee Day my hubby and my youngest son got sick, so my eldest son, Maki and I were just the ones who attended the event. In replacement for the slot of my hubby and my son, Gelo, we invited my brother, Justin and my nephew, Raphael to be with us on that Family Bee Day.
