If you think camera is just a camera to take pictures, well for me as mom I think it is more than that and Fujifilm make sure that it is a gadget that you'll be needing importantly nowadays, capturing memories and moments.







Just recently Fujifilm held an event at the Glorietta Activity Center in Makati where it launched its latest innovation with regards to their mirrorless cameras, the X-T20 together with its brand ambassador and loved by the millennial generations, James Reid. The event was a headliner with the loud and lively reactions of fans and camera enthusiasts.
The extremely popular heartthrob, James Reid, has gone far in his photographic journey. He was drawn to photography while filming the hit series “On the Wings of Love" where he played the character of a photographer. He experimented and used different cameras until he decided that FUJIFILM suited his needs best. In his last soap “Till I Met You,” James even played a FUJIFILM-armed photographer.

And speaking of innovations, James is proud to announce that he has found a new favorite camera, the X-T20. Handy and powerful, the X-T20 is equipped with a 24.3 MP X-Trans CMOS III *1 sensor and X-Processor Pro image-processing engine. It is able to track moving objects with ease because of updated sensors, processors, and redone AF algorithm. The X-T20’s touchscreen LCD monitor can be used to see before you shoot photos and videos, even at 4K quality to make those professional looking movies together with FUJIFILM’s proprietary Film Simulation modes.

Photo Album is one of the must have nowadays and during my time when I was still young, my mother loves to take photos whenever there's an occasion to celebrate with. There were so many celebrations and occasions that need to be captured. All those photos and memories were placed in a nice and old style photo album. Now, because of that photo album our kids loves to see all our pictures and they really enjoyed seeing us when we were young.


Now that I am a Mommy, it seems that capturing moments is really what moms enjoy doing with their kids because I love to capture their beautiful smiles whenever we have our bonding moments. And what's great with today's technology is that capturing and developing photos makes it very easy with Instax. FUJIFILM Philippines is always thinking of new ways to preserve memories and make them last for generations. The Memory Lane album protects precious prints from dust, dirt, moisture and sunlight to reduce fading and ensure that they stand the test of time.

The Memory Lane album is bundled up with the instax Mini 8 and a range of FUJIFILM digital cameras. There are three variants for the Memory Lane album, namely the instax Memory Lane Package that includes an instax Mini 8, pack of film (10 sheets), a Memory Lane album, and a pen marker; the XA3 Memory Lane Package that includes an XA3, instax SHARE SP-2, pack of film (10 sheets), a Memory Lane album, and a pen marker; and the XA10 Memory Lane Package that includes an XA10, instax Mini 7s, pack of film (10 sheets), a Memory Lane album, and a pen marker.






“It will be exciting to watch everyone design their own Memory Lane album in creative ways,” says Bea. Guests are encouraged to doodle on the sides, place stickers, even write haiku or short poems to make their albums not only unique but very personal and heartrending.

Ms. Bea Alonzo shared also that Instax is very important to her because it print out or copies of your picture. It is perfect because it instantly produce photos plus she can keep it and does not fade, "May Forever sa Instax!" Bea said, because it takes years to keep it.

Mommies, now that Graduation Month and Summer is coming, better capture that memories of you and your family, the achievements of your kids during graduation day, and your vacation escapade. Me, personally, I will use this Fujifilm Instax on our upcoming vacation/outing and the celebration of our youngest's 6th birthday.

Announced at the Glorietta Activity Center at one of Manila's premier malls, Fujifilm is made the event a lot special to match the success of the X-A2, X-T1 an X-T10 in the Philippines. Fujifilm willingly continues to define and bring cutting edge camera technology in the market and bids these as the next ones to enjoy!

Here are the details about the new releases.

The FUJIFILM X-A10

The FUJINON XF50mmF2 R WR Lens

The powerful cameras need lenses that would maximize its potential and Fujifilm delivers. With the remarkable success of the compact and stylish FUJINON XF35mmF2 R WR and the XF23mmF2 R WR lenses, Fujifilm Corporation sees the need to have a prime lens that can take portraiture to another level. It features 9 elements in 7 groups including one aspherical ED lens plus an inner focusing system. Thanks for the superbly engineered stepping motor, the lens performs brilliantly fast and and does silent autofocusing. It's made generally of metal parts so you get that premium feel. The FUJIFILM X100F

The FUJIFILM X-Pro2 Graphite Edition
