Shopping galore is a must this holiday season. We all know that Filipinos has the longest celebration of Christmas and one of the most enjoyable yet tiring part is the shopping. And when it comes to affordable items there's a place to visit, Tutuban Center, the bargain hunter's paradise. As part of the ever growing and improvements of the shopping mall, it has unveiled new and exciting features to pump up our shopping experience.
It's been years that I visited Divisoria and Tutuban Center. My mother loves to go there when we were kids, especially during Christmas season. She always buy as new clothes and new shoes. I think it is a tradition in most of the Filipino families to have new clothes every Christmas and the place for great finds and affordable prices is at Tutuban Center.

Recently, Bloggers was given an opportunity to explore the new Tutuban Center, and I myself was amazed with the new look of this shopping center. Very clean and no bad odor, shoppers can really enjoy the new Tutuban Center now. The ironic part here is that previously my mother bought things for us and now I am buying things for my kids.
First stop is the Anding's Toys and Flowers, Inc. which offers so much more than its name. Everything from party favors, garden accessories and holiday decor is offered by the establishment. I bought some stuff like costume for Halloween party, toys for my kids and even Christmas balls for my Christmas tree.



Next stop is the RTW section, I bought sleepwear there. Too many choices in the RTW that I want to buy more stuff there. Finally, I bought sleepwear that is only P100.

Finally, tired of shopping galore at Tutuban Center, and need some break. Shoppers can enjoy the spacious food court that offers refreshing drinks and snacks from several food carts. I really enjoyed the food as well.
Tutuban Center welcomes shoppers as early as 9:00am every day. Visitors will appreciate the enchanced pedestrian and vehicular circulation across the development. An additional 150 parking slots has been built into its CM Recto Avenue paid parking area.

I personally want to visit again the Tutuban Center with my mother to buy some stuff for Christmas Season. It will be a bonding moment with her.

Trinoma, the preferred shopping, dining and entertainment destination in the North has launched Merry Musical Lights, the annual lights and sounds show spectacular heralding the holiday season.

Merry Musical Lights begin today (November 9) and plays every evening at 7pm, 8pm, and 9pm at the Trinoma Garden Restaurants until January 5, 2014.



"This year's Merry Musical lights Show revolves around the 'Magical Circus' theme. True to the theme's playful nature, this year's display of lights is expected to be more fun and lively with color-changing sphere's and sparkling lights scattered around the Garden Restaurants. We're going beyond the usual Christmas tree lighting and presenting an experience that people will want to share and enjoy with their loved ones," said Mark Anthony L. Sablan, General Manager of Trinoma.

Merry Musical Lights features Filipino and Foreign Christmas songs set to dazzling light display, with each show lasting seven to eight minutes. Trinoma customers will find that the sequences vary every showtime, with a Filipino Christmas medley at one time and traditional tunes like "Joy to the World" and "Hark! The Heral Angels Sing!"in the next.

Now on its second year, Merry Musical Lights is being launched with special performances by Nikki Gil and the UP Concert Chorus.



Mery Musical Lights can be enjoyed by Trinoma customers on all three levels of the Garden Restaurants area, where a number of wonderful dining options await. A hub for local and international flavors, Trinoma's Garden Restaurants offer a wide variety of choices aside from a great view of the show.

Another busy day for yours truly, mommy goes to the south!

Though SM malls are here there and everywhere, there are still some places that we haven't been to and thankfully one invite drop down to my email address for a visit to one of the SM malls in the south.  It was the SM City Dasmarinas, among the four 4 malls around Cavite this one is the biggest.  Right now they have invited me and together with some other bloggers to visit the mall and their renovation with their Foodcourt area.  SM's concept is to renovate the food court to make a new look to attract more customers and to be spacious enough for everybody.


SM Foodcourt has been the Filipino Families' gateway to great adventures. From local to international dishes, it has been a one-stop shop for great and quality food designed to cater to families, workmates, barkadas and even for "foodtrips" for one. This formula allowed SM Foodcourt to happily serve ove 69 million customers as of 2011, working for the FIlipino family since 1976.


Being present in 38 SM Malls, SM Foodcourt is the biggest food plaza in the country in sheer number. SM Foodcourt continues to innovate and grow proven by 400 meal choices served daily and the recently opened branch in SM GenSan last year, it has launched its first T.V. commercial last October 2011 and it is also the first foodcourt that offer FREE WIFI.
