Nickelodeon is giving fans everywhere another chance to lead their favorite Nick stars to victory in the Nickelodeon Slime Cup through the Victory Dance Competition. All kids have to do is suit up in their favorite team’s color and create an awesome video of their impressive victory dance to earn more slime for their chosen all-star team.

Wear your color proud and pick the team you want to support. The team with the most slime will take home the messiest trophy in sports during the finale of the slime-tastic sports event in August.

Unafraid to take risks, Team Blue is composed of Max of The Thundermans, Frankie of The Haunted Hathaways, Plankton of SpongeBob SquarePants, Wanda of The Fairly Oddparents, and Leonardo of The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (TMNT).

A group that always makes quite an impression is Team Red, which is made up of Goomer of Sam & Cat, Miles of The Haunted Hathaways, Sandy Cheeks, Craig of Sandy & Craig, and Raphael of the TMNT.

Super-smart with a knack for music, technology and other pursuits, Team Purple has Louie of The Haunted Hathaways, Nora of The Thundermans, Squidward Tentacles, Sanjay Patel of Sanjay & Craig, and TMNT’s Donatello.

Known for their sunny personality that can light up a room, Team Yellow is composed of Taylor of The Haunted Hathaways, Dice of Sam & Cat, Patrick Star, Timmy Turner, and TMNT’s Michelangelo.

Get your groove on Submit a fun video now showing you in your chosen team’s color, flaunting your best dance moves – from a classic boogie to break-dancing! Videos should not be longer than 15 seconds and will be judged based on enthusiasm, creativity, use of team colors, and overall appeal. Interested parties can submit their individual videos to www.slimecup.com until July 4.

The top five dance videos will be selected and posted on the official Slime Cup website on July 18. Fans will be given the chance to vote for their favorite video, earning even more slime for the team of their choice. One winner will be selected per participating region, each coming home with their very own Slime Cup trophy along with other great prizes.

Nickelodeon is giving kids around the world an exciting new way to root for their favorite Nickelodeon stars – Nickelodeon Slime Cup! Fronted by Slime Cup Ambassador, SpongeBob SquarePants, four teams consisting of some of the most popular Nickelodeon characters will battle it out all summer to earn the most slime and take home the coveted prize – the Nickelodeon Slime Cup trophy.

Come August, kids can tune in to the “Nickelodeon Slime Cup Tournament of Champions” to watch their favorite stars go head-to-head in the final special televised challenge. The activity target kids ages from six (6) years old and above and their families can participate too. This Nickelodeon Slime Cup happened last May 31 at Hall 4 of the SMX Convention Center in Manila which lasted for 8 hours from 10 AM to 6 PM. Too bad we weren’t able to stay long in the event but the hours being there was just enough to be a part of the first Nickelodeon Slime Cup.

Nickelodeon announced the launch of the first Nickelodeon Slime Cup in the Philippines, bringing their unique brand of funny for kids and their families through playtime that promotes a healthy lifestyle at the slimiest sports festival over the summer vacation. Targeted at kids aged six years old and above and their families, the event is scheduled on May 31 at Hall 4 of the SMX Convention Center in Manila, from 10AM to 6PM.

First launched in Singapore last year, the celebration of athleticism, gaming and Nickelodeon’s signature green slime encourages kids to enjoy bonding with their families while instilling the values of teamwork, sportsmanship, discipline and determination. More than just an outlet for friendly competition among young boys and girls, the event aims to bring Nickelodeon’s brand of funny to kids while promoting playtime as a way to help them lead more active lifestyles.

The slime being a main ingredient to a number of the fun, sports-oriented activities, Nickelodeon Slime Cup invites kids and their families to play Nickelodeon character-themed games of golf, soccer, baseball, and more.

A major highlight to look forward to is the Streetball Challenge, a basketball competition open to the first 16 teams to register. Joining in on the slimetastic action are basketball superstars, who will mentor the final four teams. Watch out for who they are as the event date draws closer.
