On its 3rd year, the magical field of lights in Nuvali once again opened its doors this holiday for visitors from different part of the region. Nuvali, one of today's largest sustainable estate under Ayala Land presents its annual immersive light and sound show in partnership with the Walt Disney Company Philippines. The fields will once again be filled with dancing lights and music. Beginning this November 24, 2018 the gates of Nuvali football field, also known as The Fields, beside Ayala Malls Solenad will open its doors to expectators as they begin the show, which will run every 30 minutes from 6:00PM to 10:00PM.

This year's Nuvali's holiday light and sound spectacle is titled as "Reimagine the Magic: A Festival of Lights."  Visitors from different parts of the region will definitely enjoy well-loved Disney tunes as a field of 5,000 LED bulbs light up like an enchanted field of tulips. Aside from the musical of laser lights, the crowd favorite 50-meter light tunnel makes a return. Guests will also be enchanted by a number of Disney installations.

For this year's magical field of lights will have a different take as the show will support a cause. This is going to be a fundraising for the Hero Foundation which supports the families of fallen soldiers. Part of the Php50.00 fees will be donated to the foundation. As a way of thanking donors, each donation will include a fast past access to the show, a spot in the bleacher sets and Disney-themed bottled water. For interested guests you may register and pay online or inside the venue itself.

According to Mr. John Estacio, Nuvali General Manager, "We've had guests coming from Metro Manila and from neighboring provinces such as Batangas, Cavite and Laguna. Our intent is to bring Ayala Land's Christmas tradition to the communities south of Metro Manila." He also added that aside from spreading the yuletide cheer this season, the show presents its emphasis on the natural beauty of Nuvali by getting inspiration from nature as seen with the tulips and Anahaw-like light installations.


"Reimagine the Magic: A Festival of Lights" will run in Nuvali until January 13, 2019. the show is staged in partnership with Mastercard, HSBC, Sunlife Financial and Globe Telecom.

Nuvali Magical Field of Lights is not new to me, I was there last year when they open the fields and I was really amazed. This year, they once again opened it, the 2nd year and this is my 2nd year as well. They say things are better the second time around. So, I'm back and enjoyed the show, the magical lights. Love to watch them over and over again and this time is more memorable because I'm with my Family.
Visitors to the fastest growth center in Southern Luzon, Ayala Land’s largest eco-community estate Nuvali, can now immerse themselves amidst a field of over 5,000 LED bulbs that light up like an enchanted field of tulips dancing to jubilant hymns starting November 11, 2017 until January 8, 2018. The nightly show from 6:00 to 10:00 pm is open to all guests and can be viewed at the Nuvali football field also known as The Fields, right beside its retail complex Ayala Malls Solenad.

Dubbed the “Magical Field of Lights”, the first ever lights and sounds show to light up a whole outdoor field winning a Silver Stevie award for best exhibition display, is the sequel to last year’s maiden launch upgraded with colorful light spheres scattered all over the fields as well as featuring the people’s favorite, the 50-meter light tunnel, festive LED Christmas trees, and dandelion light installations. A Christmas fair that showcases traditional Filipino Christmas culinary treats complements the nightly spectacle on the fields.

“We engaged the best local artisans, engineers, and designers to come up with a truly captivating Christmas treat for residents and visitors to Nuvali,” said Jenn Chua, Nuvali Marketing Manager. The Nuvali light and sound show team developed a combination of light-and-sound technology with inventive and dream-like choreographed light arrangements which fully embodied the spirit of Christmas.

This year, the audience will get to enjoy three new medleys featuring popular songs such as Kumukutikutitap by Ryan Cayabyab, Ang Pasko ay Sumapit, and Joy to the World. Before and after watching the light and show, visitors can visit nearby Solenad mall to explore its shops and Christmas bazaars, or watch the latest films in any one of the four state-of-the-art theaters equipped with with Dolby Digital, Recliner Seats, and the latest in sound technology, Dolby Atmos. Nature lovers and adrenaline-junkies can also check out Nuvali’s outdoor adventure playground and teambuilding facilities to try out the roller coaster zipline, Asia’s tallest Free Fall, wall climbing and bike tracks. Families may also opt to enjoy the Christmas cool breeze and watch movies under the stars at the Nuvali Nightsky Cinema events in partnership with Skycable, Fox Movies and Cinema One with shows on November 25, December 2 & 3, and December 16. Guests can also opt to stay a little longer for a Christmas staycation at the 150-room Seda Hotel Nuvali.

Was able to have a chance to experienced it again, the beautiful magical field of lights at Nuvali. Unfortunately, my means of documenting the experience with son experienced technicalities and in other words some of the videos with my kid wasn't been able to be retrieved as of now. I was hoping to it will be revived but to no avail it is still down and having it fixed is costly. Good thing I was able to save and posted some. My kid, Maki, enjoying the wonderful lights at Nuvali will be a mere experience, undocumented. It happened the day after we visited the grand opening of the Nuvali Magical Field of Lights, my cellphone did not open and we can't retrieve all the pictures and the videos that I took during the visit. It was a very sad day, though the experiences and the memory during is still in my son's wonderful memory. Maki said "Mommy I love those lights and ang Ganda naman dito, let's go back here again". Thankful that my kid really enjoyed the night though no proof of videos. Maybe next time or this year we will visit again the Nuvali Magical Field of Lights.

Nuvali expects to surpass last year’s total visitor count at more than 900,000 with guests coming from Metro Manila and nearby cities like Laguna, Cavite, and Batangas. Family bonding is a must! Yes and it is truly yes, it is a time for you to enjoy the company of your kids and your hubby. Right now, we, parents are so busy with work and other stuff while kids are busy in school. So it is really hard giving time to each other but of course we need to have it, it is one of those moments where we treasure memories.
Unfortunately, as much as we wanted to be with the kids this particular time is our "We-time", for me and my hubby. So basically our attended event which is the Cream-O Flix Fest is an event where we spent some time together, you need to give time also to your partner because most of the time our bonding moment is always with our kids.

CreamOholics enjoyed a unique bonding experience as Cream-O hosted an afternoon of outdoor movie watching and cookie munching with the Cream-O Flix Fest, held recently at the Quezon City Memorial Circle.

It's a Family Movie Marathon
The Cream-O Flix Fest kept everyone entertained throughout the exciting day with three movies in a row. Kids and kids-at-heart watched "Minions" while teens sang their heart out with "Pitch Perfect 1". Capping off Cream-O's first-ever outdoor movie marathon event was the well -loved romantic-comedy "50 First Dates".
More than watching the family-oriented flicks, CreamOholics indulged in their favorite Cream-O cookies and even made their own personalized cookies in the "Cream-Ofied Creations" booth.

The Cream-Ofied Creations booth let Creamoholics jazz-up their well-loved cookies in four easy steps: choose, dip, sprinkle, and drizzle. First, they chose their favorite Cream-O Variant (Vanilla, Choco Fudge, Deluxe, Crinkles, Chocolate Chip, Cookies 'n Cram and Choco 'n Berries and dipped it in rich chocolate (milk, dark or white), peanut butter or whipped cream. They added extra color, texture and flavor to their creations with a wide variety of toppings, and even drizzled onsome delicious chocolate, caramel or strawberry syrup.
Aside from the flicks, guests participated in other fun activities, such as the "Unlock the Popcorn Stash" and "Guess the Movie" trivia game. They also captured moments and personalized their images through the "I Love Cream-O" photo booth. Furthering the excitement were live acoustic band performances and raffle draws, where lucky winners won Fujifilm Instax mini cameras and Robinsons Gift Certificates.
Since it was a weekend event, most families presents have their families with them for a bonding moment while munching those sweet varieties of Cream-O. I personally like the Cream-O Chocolate Chip Cookies while my kids love the Choco 'n Berries, my hubby loves the Choco Fudge.
Remember that our family does a movie night every weekend, so when we went home kids are already waiting for us to set up the TV and the movie. This time we have the Cream-Os with us. Aside from our usual crackers and chips we now have a cream-o party and we're enjoying it with our kids.

Nuvali announced that it will be offering bike clinics for both beginners and intermediate riders at the "Camp N Incubator and Bike Hub" in partnership with Specialized Philippines which started last October 29. Camp N will also offer bike tours around the 2,290 hectare Nuvali landscape which will go through the bird sanctuary trails and dirt roads. Nuvali is an Ayala Land sustainable estate that sits in the cities of Sta. Rosa, Calamba and Cabuyao in Laguna and features a diverse mix of residential and commercial developments.

As a premier incubator hub and team-building space, Camp N features thrill-based and skill-based facilities designed to tests one's physical limits, mental abilities, character, and values. Through its partnership with Specialized Philippines, a 3.4-kilometer winding trails was built within this 6 hectare facility. The trail is filled with dips, bridges, and obstacles that are designed to test and train bikers' abilities. There is also a dedicated play space for balance bikes where kids can practice balancing on two wheels. Along the trails are pit stops where guests can take a breather and enjoy refreshments.

Beginner bike clinics include courses on basic safety, bike parts, proper riding techniques, shifting, and hurdling obstacles. Intermediate clinics include lessons in riding pumps, hops, and cornering techniques, among others. All bike clinic fees include bike and helmet rentals and dedicated instructor. Additional equipment such as knee pads, elbow pads, and gloves are available for rent.

"We are encouraging the use of bikes as a mode of transportation and as a leisure activity because Nuvali is all about bringing people closer to nature and enjoying the outdoors which in turn promotes a healthier lifestyle." said Jennifer Chua, Nuvali marketing manager.

Nuvali has dedicated approximately 50% of its estate to green and open topography which feature a 35-kilometer mountain biking and hiking trail, among others. Dedicated bike lanes are also part of Nuvali's ecologically-sustainable design, as well as a multi-functional lake and wildlife and bird sanctuary.

Camp N's thrill-based and skill-based attractions also include the Adventure Tower that houses the biggest rollercoaster zipline in Asia and facilities for wall climbing, rappelling and free fall. A series of balancing platforms and tightropes called High and Low Rope Initiatives requires the participation of small groups. Nuvali is not new to me, there are so many memories that I treasured here together with my families, friends and blogger friends. This Mom is not much of an adventurist but thanks to my brother who represents me for this experience I can share this new getaway in the north. Alviera's Sandbox is one of the new thing in the vast land of Porac, Pampanga. Ayala Land Inc and in partnership with Leonio Land created a great place to make your summer a lot more interesting and wild. Sandbox redefines the meaning of outdoor fun and experience as they made this vast bare land into a new gateway to a great getaway. Some says that Alviera is more likely of the Nuvali in the north but whatever you call it, this will be the next attraction.

Sandbox brings some of the firsts in the outdoor industry as they pump up the adrenalin of the visitors with its exhilarating activities and facilities.

Some of their main attractions are the Giant Swing, so far it is the Philippines tallest swing at 10-meters high. The Giant Swing accommodates a couple's seat for those who wants to experience it with someone and the solo for the brave ones. Another great attraction and is the only first of its kind in the country, the Avatar One Roller Coaster Zipline, this ride takes one zipping down the line in a roller-coaster style 180- meters down.

Another set of high rising thrill is the Adventure Tower with its 15 meters high of wall climbing fun, rappelling and free fall, it makes this tower a nice deck to catch the best views in Alviera and according to my brother he did experience the free fall which he does not want to do it again.

 
The Aerial Walk is a challenging activity in the place as it entails strength, patience and the willingness to finish the activity. It's an obstacle course in the air. Even kids can enjoy this one. One more activity that my brother enjoyed very much was the ATV ride. He hasn't rode anything like this but he was able to get a hang of it. Of course we should always think of safety.

Aside from these activities there are also other things to enjoy inside Sandbox like the Pump track area where bikers can enjoy this 5,000 square meters as their training ground for some action or just a simple play area, enjoy frisbee, RC plane and car activities plus the kite-flying and kite-making workshops or just simply enjoy the sun and the place at the picnic area.

According to John Estaco, Alviera's General Manager, "The experience at Sandbox gives one a taste of what's to come upon the full development of Alviera. We envision Alviera to be the regional growth center of Central Luzon complete with a commercial district, business and industrial park, university zones, retail centers, a country club, recreational areas and residential neighborhoods."
