As Filipino, we really love to eat and we love to explore different kinds of cuisine. We've tried different kind of cuisines like Japanese, Korean and Spanish but I, personally love Chinese food. We've been in different Chinese Restaurants here in the Philippines. And I can say there are some favorites already.
This time, what I experienced is typically related to Chinese but we may say it is a Taiwanese Cuisine and that is in Tien Ma's. I'm not sure about the meaning but it is like a typical Taiwanese home cook meal.
Tien Ma's Restaurant has three branches here in Metro Manila, the pioneer branch which is at Retiro - N.S. Amoranto Quezon City, the second branch is in Libis, Quezon City and their newly open branch in Makati City. Tien Ma's is under the Figaro Group of Company.

Tien Ma's at Retiro Branch is quite big that can cater almost 180 pax seating capacity. I definitely love how the interior design was made and it gives patron a calm and peaceful feeling while enjoying the food because of their oriental-wooden interior. The wide table is perfect for the whole family most especially when having different dishes from Tien Ma's. I've noticed that the dishes price ranges were very affordable yet delicious. They have varieties of Taiwanese dishes that you can choose from, you'll definitely experience a full tummy after savoring their tasty treats.

Here are some of the highlights of my food trip at Tien Mas

Xiao Long Bao - a very delicious one, and they offer different flavors such as the Cheese Xiao Long Bao, Black Mushroom with Truffle Oil and the Original as well. You can order also Assorted Xiao Long Bao, to taste those flavorful meat.

Beef Brisket and Wanton Noodles - love the taste of it that I was able to finish one bowl, according to the staff of Tien Ma's, they make their own noodles.

Salt & Pepper Spareribs - I am a Spareribs lover and this one is perfect, I will definitely have this once I dine in again at Tien Mas.

Salted Egg Prawns - this is something unique to me, because I tasted also Salted Egg Prawns but it is dry, here in Tien Mas it has a sauce that is really appetizing, you'll definitely eat lot of rice.

Taiwan Style Fried Rice - this is definitely a superb one, you can eat it without any viand. Love the
 taste.

Among those dessert, I love the most is the Almond Jelly with Lychee that I can finish two order of it, I am a Lychee lover.

It was a great experience having those dishes from Tien Mas. Very affordable prices yet delicious that you'll enjoy their food that much. Mommies, it is a good find for your family to try, a different kind of cuisine. It'll be a memorable bonding moment over a sumptuous dishes from Tien Mas.

I will definitely bring my family at Tien Mas, especially this coming Graduation day. I will treat my kids because of their achievements at school and the resto is perfect for my #DateWithMyBoys.
