The transport situation today in the Philippines is honestly getting worse and transportation is a necessity for the working public. With that commuters are looking for an alternative ride to ease commuting.
With this, Hype Transport System Inc made its way to known by the public through a press conference after the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board issued the Certificate of Accreditation for Hype Transport which is effective for two years.
According to officers and management of HYPE they coined their transport system which is being Honest, Young, Professional and Enabling. They vouch that this is a more effective ride hailing app and cheaper too. Hype Transport is a Pinoy ride-shairng app, one of the newest transport network companies in the Philippines. It’s truly Pinoy owned. For sure they know what kind of dilemma we are facing now when it comes to ride-hailing system.
I am much excited on this kind of Transportation Network Vehicle Services (TNVS). This May 2018 their app will be available and ready to serve, so watch out for it. One thing that got my attention during the BlogCon was that we can book a ride in Hype Transport even without internet connection, we can just text them and you can have a ride already.
Just like the two previous ride-hailing app, Hype Transport System also have the following options Hype Taxi, Hype Sedan, Hype SUV, Hype AU, and Hype Pool. With regards to their fare charges, the base fare is Php40 for Sedan vehicles and Php14 per km charge, for the car pool is Php 30 and Php 9.50 per km charge. Hype Transport will not implement per minute charges even if its rush hour, though their surcharge is up to 2x only.
There were too many questions popped out of my mind but of course we’ll have the answered once they rolled it out to the public. I myself is very excited for this because we don’t own a car and it is much easier with this ride-hailing system. For now watch the video.
For this, Hype Transport will be available to download from Google Play and App Store on May 19, there will be a grand launch on May 27 at SMX and on May 28, we can book our rides on Hype Transport, exciting. Right?
