Daniel Padilla is one of the popular teen actor today's generation and he is being idolized by most of the teens in which even goes down to the little ones.  What does this teen love about him?  Well I don't know but let's find out more about him.  According to him "Lagi ako hinahanap ng bata, masaya ako pagkasama ang mga bata, kaya nila ako nagugustuhan", that's his reason why the little ones like him.

If you'll look closely at how Daniel Padilla looks you'll eventually and easily get to know who are his relatives.  If you still don't know yet perhaps you're not watching local movies or not into Philippine Showbiz.  He's from a line of genes known in the showbiz industry.


This teen hunk is into acting and singing and with regards on acting career I'm sure you've watched him already on local television series or teleserye teaming up with one of the lovely teen actress budding in the industry.  The teleserye was the "Princess and I" and also on the movie "Must be...Love".

For us awards means we're successful in our field of expertise.  We have different kinds of awards but most of the time is given to the old ones or to the adults.


This time, kids were given a chance to vote and choose who among the characters that the kids love to watch.  From TV shows, cartoon characters, movies, music, sports and others that kids always watch or influence them.   This happens as the Nickelodeon does their annual Kid's Choice Awards.   Gladly me and my eldest son were able to spent our bonding moment through the Preview Party of Nickelodeon Kid's Choice Awards at SM Megamall.  He enjoyed watching it and eager enough to shout every time he heard the name of the character that he knew.


Just like other kids on the cinema during the event, my son attentively watched the awarding and he said "Yuck mommy those slimy one", I kept on laughing on him, but still he jumped and shout to expressed his reaction towards the event.

The most promising young stars of the UAAP, NCAA and provincial school leagues will pit their talents against each other in an exhibition game featuring Jr. NBA All Stars alumni from 2007 to 2012 who are now suited up for the various collegiate leagues nationwide.

NBA Legend Muggsy Bogues, who will arrive in Manila to join the Jr. NBA coaching staff at the National Training Camp will coach Team Muggsy while PBA Legend Jojo Lastimosa will coach Team Jolas. A players’ draft will be held on April 13 to determine the composition of each team.

This is the first time that a Jr. NBA All Stars Alumni game will be played as part of the Jr. NBA event. “Everybody’s so excited because it is a first for the Jr. NBA. The program has grown and evolved through the years and this new event will show why these young players were chosen as the best of their respective batches, and why they are today’s most promising varsity players in school leagues all over the country,” said Carlo Singson, NBA Asia Country Manager-Philippines.

The National Training Camp is the third and highlight phase of Jr. NBA Philippines 2013 presented by Alaska. Later in the day of April 28, new Jr. NBA All Stars will be selected from a pool of 50 participants aged 10 to 14 years old who stood out in the Regional Selection Camps held in Dagupan, Davao, Lucena, the NCR and the Alaska Power Camp.

The new batch of Jr. NBA All Stars – like the Jr. NBA All Stars Alumni – will be rewarded with an authentic NBA experience abroad plus the chance to play against a counterpart Jr. NBA team there.

This is the sixth consecutive staging of the Jr. NBA in the country.

Recently, I attended a somewhat a talk with the rapper, John Rendez, he is a rap artist and a composer who finally back to the recording scene.

He finish his new rap album exactly one year, from conceptualizing the type and quality of its contents, to composing the new rap songs, to deciding on some "updates" to his previous compositions.

His album entitled "Metaldog".  A follow-up to the self-titled John did years ago, also bearing the "Metaldog" tag, with its carrier single "There Can Only Be One" (a new original composition), the album is decided mix of so called "high-end" rap and what may be regarded as "low end/pang-masa" hip-hop beat.

Eleven original compositions make up this new rap album by John Rendez, including: There Can Only Be One, No More Musik by the Suckers, Ratt9MM, Metaldog, Kembotan, Everybody Sayaw (relieving John's early years on Television, via ABS-CBN's "Ready Set Go!", in the early 90's). Under the Ground, Sowerzitat? Domination, Coming to a theater Near you and a semi novelty Tagalop rap, Plastik Pala.

The experience of doing the whole album was as fulfillling as John has envisioned.
